Wessmaps Housing Trust specialises in providing accessible, adaptable, and affordable accommodation for tenants with physical disabilities. A physical disability affects a tenant’s mobility and/or dexterity, and there is a wide range of conditions and circumstances that our tenants may face.

At Wessmaps Housing Trust, we are committed to working closely with our tenants to provide appropriate adaptations that enable independent living at home. Through our Intensive Housing Services, we also assist tenants in applying for Disabled Facilities Grants. These grants help fund the cost of necessary installations and adaptations to a home, allowing tenants with physical disabilities to live independently and comfortably.
